Your First Visit

We are committed to providing you the best possible treatment and care. As such, if you are a first time visitor at Seed Health & Wellness, our team will require some background information including your medical history and nature of your condition.

During your first consultation with our physician specialist, you'll be required to discuss any health-related issues and concerns. In order to provide the best treatment as possible, our doctor will ask you specific questions relating to your condition. A variety of tests may be conducted to help determine the best course of treatment.

You will be informed of different treatment options. Regular treatment is essential to your recovery.
